Senior Full Stack Developer (Serverless AWS / TypeScript Expert)

Job Summary:

ENO8 is seeking a skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on Serverless AWS technologies to join our remote team on a contract basis.

In this role, you'll be working with a well-established, 10-year-old technology company that provides app access to the hospitality industry. We are looking for a developer with at least 8 years of experience in software development, including a minimum of 2-3 years working with TypeScript. Most importantly, you should have 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Serverless AWS services, specifically AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you'll collaborate with an existing team of contractors on a project that has been in development for four years. Your responsibilities will include tackling assigned tasks and delivering clean, high-quality code in line with industry best practices. We welcome applications from international contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, Design, and Develop Applications: Create software solutions that effectively meet business needs.
• Scalability, Performance, and Security: Ensure applications are scalable, perform efficiently, and are secure.
• Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep up with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Implement Best Practices: Enforce best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with Product Managers: Work closely with product managers to define project scope, set timelines, and ensure successful delivery.
• Cross-functional Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Strong Experience in NodeJS & PHP: Proficiency in both NodeJS and PHP, with a preference for experience in CakePHP.
• Serverless Architecture: Experience in designing and developing serverless applications.
• API Development: Expertise in developing SOAP, RESTful, and GraphQL APIs.
• Containerization: Proficiency with Docker.
• Object-Oriented Programming: Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Problem-solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Use of TypeScript Generics: Practical experience with TypeScript generics for creating reusable and flexible components.

AWS Cloud Platform Services Experience:

• Expertise in:

Other Requirements:

• Version Control Systems: Experience with Git and other version control systems.
• DevOps Practices and Tools: Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools like Docker.
• Database Systems: Experience in designing and implementing schemas for database systems such as MySQL and DynamoDB.
